Merry Christmyear!

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from all of us here at Geek-o-Rama! We hope your holidays were far less adventurous than some of ours! Katrina (our fearless leader and editor in chief) lost power for over 54 hours due to an ice storm! If you've been checking in, that's why we haven't been updating. She was busy looking for elves to provide magic cloaks or at least someone from Hogwarts who could cast some sort of protection spell to keep the heat in their house! Sadly, she failed in her quest and the house got down to a very chilly 35 degrees (F). Brrrr!

We would like to personally thank all of the crews who came from as far away as Kansas to help get not only her power back on but who are still working long days and nights to get the rest of the power in Michigan restored.. We wish we could give them all Doctor Who scarves to help keep them warm while they work!

Luckily, Katrina is back in the land of people who have heat and lights and no longer has to resort to writing down lists of what she ought to be doing by candlelight! Keep your eyes open for lots more updates to come and don't forget that we're still looking for contributors!
