I mean who wouldn’t want to be a vampire on the prowl? Battling slayers, and pushing your luck against the rising sun? That’s the premise of Till Dawn. The players are a coven of vampires on the hunt for 3 nights. During the night you will face slayers, vampire elders, and if you are really unlucky a werewolf. Oh, and you’ll feed. Oh, how you will feed. You’ll feed until you decide to retire to your coffin, belly full. The longer you stay out the more you feed, but if you get caught in the daylight… Well let’s just say these vampires don’t sparkle. (I can neither confirm nor deny rumors of a future glitter expansion however)
The mechanics are extremely simple, making it an ideal game to pickup and learn easily. It’s quick, playing in around a half hour. It’s one of those rare games for a larger gaming group, being designed for 4-8 bloodsuckers, with an expansion taking it up to 12. This is a great filler or warm up game, and has the potential to become a staple in my larger group sessions.
